    On 8/6/2022 at 6:09pm I placed a mobile order for $37.71. I arrived to pick up the food soon after to find the store had closed early. I was not able to receive my order and the payment cleared through my bank. I have tried to resolve this through contacting the restaurant as well as writing corporate. I have not received a reply from the restaurant. Corporate wrote to my first request stating someone would contact me. After not being contacted I wrote back. They replied again that someone would contact me and no one has done that. I am unable to dispute the charge through my bank as it would cost as much as the charge to do so. I simply would like my money back that was charged and no product or service was received. Further I request that mobile orders have a simpler way to request refunds or mobile ordering be turned off if the store is closed to prevent this from happening again.
