    On 8/4/2022 at 4:49 I placed an order (Order Number ******) in the amount of $18.88 for 6 Cantina Crispy Chicken Tacos through the Taco Bell App, as well as a Mango Whip Freeze and Large Mountain Dew Baja Blast. Upon arrival at the store I was told to pull forward to receive my order. When I reached the window, the staff informed me that they no longer serve the Cantina Crispy Chicken Tacos. They also explained that I would have to go online to get a refund - which I did, and I have received no response. This is now the fifth incident where I have ordered food from this restaurant and not received any refund or correspondence on the issue. The Taco Bell app is constantly listing items that are no longer on the menu and they have made no attempt whatsoever to correct the issue after multiple complaints. At this point they have demonstrated false advertising, a failure to refund for orders that were not fulfilled, and a gross lack of competence when it comes to technology. I will never be returning to this restaurant and demand that the errors be corrected so that others will not have to deal with the same issues.
