    I rate this b I business a one. It should really be a zero. ************ was contracted by The ************,to demolish a house next door to my grandfathers house. When the job was being performed, my grandfathers fence was damaged, which lies on his property line. When confronted ************ acknowledged and agreed to repair the fence. It has been five weeks since then and there has been no progress in the repair of the fence.When contacted by phone, ************ was very irate and very unprofessional. He proceeded by trying to lie and say that fence belonged to the property that was being demolished. I quickly informed him of the land survey that belonged to my grandfather and that my brother put it up with his bare hands. Shame on you ************ for taking advantage of a 90 year old man. God doesn't sleep.

    This person did not hire me. The fence in question belonged to the home I demolished. Part of my job was to take down the fence. The property owner next door asked if we would leave the fence and we agreed. The fence posts were rusted off and instead of fence posts being installed boards were buried in the ground. I sent a crew and set the fence back up as best they could as the rest of the posts were rusted also. It was our job to remove the fence not build a new one and we did the best we could with the condition it is in. We strongly dispute the claim that anyone was irate and unprofessional at any time during this process. Also the claim that this fence belonged to this person as it was a chair link type fence that surrounded the entire lot of the house we demolished. All the rest of the fence was removed as per our agreement with the property owner we were working for. I feel this is a egregious misuse of this forum.
