    I am a renter on the The Estates of Eagles Pointe property which is owned by the ************************************. On the 28th of March 2025 I opened a work order saying sewage is backing into my tub and it needs to be looked at. It was nearly four days before we heard from anyone on the issue, they kept on saying we will send someone to fix it. They did send someone but it didn't work. Kept calling the main office number kept getting the same run around saying someone is coming. It was not until the 4th of April until a maintenance team showed they cleared the toilet problem but not the tub issue, they came back and dug a hole in the front yard and left as of Monday 7 April 2025, no one has showed up to fix the issue, me and my fiancee have not abled to shower properly.

    In September of 2021 we signed a lease to live in a rental property at Eagles pointe in **** In. A few months after moving in my husband and I experienced a pest problem (roaches) with no resolution! I called and complained several times but remained infested. I had an issue with the garage door cables snapping and was never fixed. I complained about mold in the bathroom due to not having a vent so one was installed improperly and mold remained an issue. When we washed our clothes the dishwasher leaked all over the floor which we called about but never fixed. Finally in November of 2022 we paid to break our lease. We were scheduled to move out by January 1st 2023. Just days before a pipe busted in our unit and flooded the entire place. Since there were several unit affected the property management insurance was supposed to cover costs, since I was a tenant and did not own the place. I asked several times for our deposit back and an itemized list of what was being charged. The management of this property has informed me that since I did not release my utilities to them I am now responsible for damages from the storm. I have not received a copy of the itemized list and costs, which is illegal. Upon vacating the unit there were dead roaches all over.
