    I worked for this company for a total of 2 months. In that time I overheard one of the business owners, **** ****, speak negatively of other ethnicities and speak ill of previous employees. To make matters worse, I have several emails from **** where he threw personal insults at me, spoke negatively of the money I made working for him in comparison to the money he makes, and he then listed the reasons why I would never be a successful person in this life. **** **** responded in this manner in response to an email I sent him thanking him for being a "professional boss". **** **** is far from professional, and the emails he sent proved my point. The irony of this entire situation is the name of the business is called Nice Guys. **** **** is only "nice" if you play along with everything he asks of you, if you deviate from that, or try to stand up for yourself/other ethnicities, then he becomes an incredibly rude and unprofessional business owner. I have never in my 35 years on this Earth ever heard/seen someone speak to former employees in this manner. This is unbecoming of a business owner. **** **** ought to be ashamed of himself. Avoid working for this company at all costs, they do not have the patience, or man-power to train you accurately. **** ****, on many occasions, would make fun of me for not knowing how to do a specific task, and then would proceed to show me how to do said task. I would avoid doing business with this company as well, they are a two-man company, and have a habit of taking on jobs that require a team of sub-contractors. This leaves customers frustrated and waiting for jobs to be complete way past the projected timeline.
