    On November 23, 2022, Aspen Dental charged my CareCredit account $7,700 for ********************** services that were never performed. The actual amount owed for the services rendered was only $896.60, meaning Aspen Dental improperly charged an additional $6,803.40. This extra charge was fraudulent, as no work was completed to justify it.After I contacted Aspen Dental, they refunded the $6,713.40 to **************, acknowledging the error. However, despite this refund and the evidence provided, I have made payments to ************** totaling $10,280.69, which includes the refunded amount.The inflated charges and ongoing collections activity have severely affected my credit, causing issues with car payments, insurance rates, and my ability to secure an SBA loan for my small business. Aspen Dentals actions have caused significant financial and personal harm, and I am seeking immediate resolution. I request that Aspen Dental pay the $10,000 resulting from this issue, cease any further fraudulent charges, and rectify the damage done to my credit.

    On march 20th i went to aspen to get a new set of dentures. I was told that day how much my portion would be after insurance. Half was due that day and the balance was due when I picked up the dentures. I paid half that day and the balance on April 17th. They have now turned over a bill to a collection agency for $461. There was no communication from them between April 17th and August 22. We went to aspen on September 17th to try to resolve the problem. I was told that day that no I didn't owe the money that it was due to a insurance problem. They were supposed to refile it on October 1st and send me confirmation that it was taken care of. As of October 6th I have heard nothing from them. I would like to resolve this as quickly as possible so that it doesn't effect my credit and end up in court.

    Had to have my teeth removed, they never contacted my insurance in the beginning to see what was covered, and told me it was all covered, day of surgery they said insurance was covering more than what they told me and I would get 6k back, after surgery and healing never fixed my problem with my dentures, was then told I would get a upgrade for no cost to me, and then was told I owed them cuz insurance didn't cover it all and they wasn't going to upgrade my dentures and haven't fixed my old ones. Been without wearing my dentures for over a year.

    I have contacted that office several times talking with the office manager about the problems I have had with their company and they have offered no solution, and the owner no the district manager of the company had had the same response or no response at all.

    I have been waiting for a call back feom the district manager for 2 months nownregarding this issue.

    It had been 2 weeks since last message from this company, talked to the corporate office(I had to call them) and didn't get any resolution, and they wouldnt/couldn't help me with this matter. 

    What other steps can be done to get this resolved.

    It's been more than a month since they have responded, they are not going to respond like the district manager was supposed to before 

    Is it time to take this to the news media and legal way?
