    I canceled my membership and my daughter's in person on January 26th, but I have still been getting charged.

    The manager of this business called and told me my membership was canceled and I would be getting refunds. They never sent the refunds, and now have charged me again! I need refunds on that now too.

    I moved in June 2024. I have made multiple attempts to transfer my membership to the Planet Fitness in ***********, ** and they were ignored. I then reached out several times to cancel the membership entirely, starting in September of 2024. Those have also been ignored and charges continued to be applied to my account despite my requests to cancel my membership. I have not been to the Planet Fitness in ********** since June 2024. Absolutely ridiculous you can sign up for a membership in no time but getting rid of one is next to impossible.

    The Plainfield Planet Fitness is shutting down the tanning on 09/19 for the next month for a remodel that doesn't include the tanning facilities. Even if it did include that area in the remodel, the smart thing to do would be to shut down a couple at a time so you don't **** off a bunch of customers like you are about to do on 09/19. If I cannot use the Black Card amenities I either need refunded the difference in amount, or waive any cancellation fees so I can go to the new MEI ********************** location down the street.

    *************************** entered an agreement with Planet Fitness ***** Group when he signed up for a membership in 2014. 


    Within the agreement it states:
    1. Planet Fitness reserves the right at any time to delete, discontinue, repair or replace the equipment without any effect on this agreement. Planet Fitness also reserves the right to make changes to the type or quantity of equipment or services offered and to alter the hours of operation in Planet Fitness discretion.
    2. Planet Fitness regularly closes on a temporary basis its facilities (or portions of its facilities) for maintenance, selected holidays, etc. and such temporary closures will have no effect on this agreement so long as such temporary closures are reasonable.


    The remodel ***** is speaking of does include the tanning portion of our Black Card Spa. Since his complaint I have spoken with him and waived his membership dues for 10/17/22 & 11/17/22. He was understanding and the issue has been resolved.
