Intidane **** Moore and More From Moore Contraction (More From Moore Residential and Commercial Contracting) should be avoided at all costs! We hired him at the beginning of June for a smaller commercial buildout because we were moving my vet hospital to this building and not only was it not completed but the work that was completed is absolute poor workmanship. Per his contract, installments were due as each phase was completed to pay for the next upcoming phase; ie: drywall, painting, framing, etc. He asks for a deposit up front which is fair. After being paid the second to last installment the work slowed remarkably. Then with the final installment he left all together without doing anything more. He got two installments equaling $36,433 and took off completely cutting off all forms of communication. I have texted, emailed, and called with no response. Maybe 30% of the job equaling maybe $3,000 - $4,000 was completed as stated above with poor workmanship. The paint job was messy. The rooms were framed incorrect sizes forcing us to keep rearranging the layout. The flooring job left me speechless it was so poorly done leaving so many gaps and mistakes everywhere. The electrical work was done improperly with outlets that had to be repaired, power that was supposed to be run certain places for essential items was never completed, and the cords in the electrical breaker panels were screwed into so when another electrician that I had to hire went to open it he was almost electrocuted with the walls surrounding it were charred. I paid a total of $67,147 total only to be stolen from in the most unprofessional manner. After further research on this man, it turns out that we are not the only ones this has happened to. There are now reviews dating after we hired him that tell the same story of theft and poor workmanship. Take the time to research him by the above names. When I hired him there were only good reviews but it seems as if all the bad reviews have been hidden.

I WILL NEVER HIRE OR RECOMMEND MFM CONTRACTING TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY ENEMY.**** and ******** are malicious and negligent in how the handle business and should be held accountable for malpractice.I had hired **** to complete one of my rehabs, after dragging out *** a 90 day rehab an additional 7 months and committed several of breaches of our contract, plus poor workmanship. They communicated poorly, seem to lack knowledge in numerous areas and engineering practices.Eg. **** didn't allow the city to come in and hold proper inspections before drywall, instead have a home inspector do an inspection and report to me that all city inspections where complete. And with all that said, falsely and maliciously file a lien on the property days before final work was completed and inspected, then refused to removed the lien even after the final draw was paid over. Took me and my lawyer an additional 4 months to remove the lien, after we had send them notice to file suit if they could actually prove I owed them money.**** and ********'s are bad for business and give hard working contractors out there a bad name.
