    Confirmation Number: ******** Check-In: 2022-10-19 Check-Out: 2022-10-20 Message:I want refunded for my stay! The pool was ICE cold and they never turned the heat on in it. I paid over 200 for my kids to swim and they couldn't even get in. They kept telling us they'd turn it on and then said they forgot. The freezer in room 202 is a solid chunk of ice. The smell of Marijuana fills the hallways.....there are broken pieces of furniture in rooms. Our rooms weren't even clean at 3pm which is their check in time and I got there after 3pm. I opened a case about **** but nobody would help me until I was checked out of the hotel. There was also dirt clumps in the fold out couch in 202. Case#********. This was honestly the WORST!!Their response back is to give me points towards a free stay. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
