    I was a guest at this location 1/17/25-1/20/25. Conf #*****SE012001.Sonesta Essential Indianapolis Airport ********************************************************************************************************* The only issue we had was no hot water, not even warm. We were moved to another to room after one night due to the cold-water issue. The water was warm in our new room (#***) for about 2 minutes, it got cold and then completely stopped working in the middle of a shower. I again was moved to another room (#***) and was told give it try but I cant promise you will have hot water. The time of the shower was almost midnight so there should not have been a lot of people showering not that this should matter but was told it could. I have stayed at many hotels as my daughter is on a travel cheer team and I have never had this issue before. 3 nights/3 different rooms/all had water issues. It was very inconvenient to change rooms in the middle of the night not to mention not being able to shower for three days. While the staff at the front desk was friendly, they just said sorry not sure why you dont have hot water. It is unacceptable to book rooms to travelers with no hot water. Our kids were at sporting events and could not even shower after the events. I feel I should be refunded for this stay. Thank you. **** *******
