    Started with the frig not working tried to turn it up and it came off in my hand. Went down to report the problem she wouldn't listen kept telling me to push the button on the outlet. I said can I have an extra ice bucket nope was given bags instead. After 4 trips to the ice machinel I was able to use the sink to keep our drinks cold. Later went down and got snacks and requested for a late check out. The young lady instantly says sure at noon. Thanked her. We went to get ready for bed and our main blanket was nasty/dirty/stained. Called down stairs explained I sat it in the hallway and would like a clean one. Received a rough feeling thin blanket in return. I have COPD I can't handle dry air from the heat so was cold all night and didn't get much sleep. The next morning around ****ish the house keeper pounds on the door saying check out was 11. I was in the shower so my husband states we have a late check out for 12pm. 10 mins later our phone rings its the manager yelling at me demanding we leave NoW cause she didn't approve our late check out. I tried to explain to her i needed to get dressed first and she repeated the room was booked and we had to leave NOW (yelling). At ****am I went to turn in our keys and try and talk to the rude lady. Which I got no where other then she knew about our frig problem and that if I would had listened and pushed the button I would had been able to use it. Also was aware that we had a nasty blanket and she would look and see what she gave us as a replacement cause they had all different kinds. The late check out she said she never received a request that only she could approve. Not sure how in the world a guest would know how to fix the frig, know that i had a choice in blankets, or that only she could approve a hour later check out. Please take the time to make sure the rooms are clean and everything works for .the guest and some way to request for late check out without rudeness or having to leave with a wet hair in the winter.
