    I agreed to a deal over the phone for a truck being transferred from another dealership. The next day, I visited the ********** location to sign the purchase agreement and provide a deposit. I left with an itemized purchase agreement signed by both the sales associate and the finance manager.Less than two hours later, I received a call stating Id need to pay $1,000 more than the agreed-upon price due to a fee from the originating dealership. When I challenged this unexpected charge, the explanation shiftednow I was being told I had to cover **** ****** cost to retrieve the vehicle.This change in terms after a signed agreement was both frustrating and unprofessional. It was clear the dealership had not done their due diligence regarding their own costs before presenting and signing off on the deal. Rather than honor the agreement, they attempted to pass the blameand the costonto me.Its disappointing to see a dealership disregard a signed contract and show so little regard for the customer experience. I expected transparency and integrity, not bait-and-switch tactics and shifting stories.

    I bought a car by going on line. I am on disability and needed this car for doctor ************* I purchased it Feb 13 2024! I was lied to! I was told it would charge to 82 miles that was a lie! It only charged to 42 miles! **** delivered to me the guy didnot have it charged up for me he called afraid he was going to get stranded as it had 1 mile left on it. He plug showed me how to plug in the car had me sign the papers left and was suppose to tell me about the car . It took them atheists 4 hours to get to my home and plainfield is 1 hour and 27 min from my home so it took that long from stopping to charge it! I went to ******* later that evening and was not told it loses charge in the winter and got stranded cause it would not start!. It drop down to only charging to 39 miles within says of having the car. I had to pay $ 75 that night to have the car put on a flatbed and towed to my house. Plus I tip the guy cause it was cold out. I have never ever had an electric car! I needed a car! I need it for diabetic seizes I go to the eye doctor my diabetes doctor my physician and others and now I need a car for my knee and because of them it's been since February since I've had a car and I have missed a bunch of doctor ************ over them. I also have troubles getting to the store and other ************ and to visit family. I can't go to church or to my grandkids school functions. I am very upset and all I want is my money back that's all I asked and they refused! I'm disabled! I also have neuropathy and it's getting bad and don't have much longer to be able to drive!

    We spoke with a rep on the phone for two days about a vehicle, we drove 150 miles to check it out. When we arrived a rep met us and checked us in within five minutes he came back and said they couldnt sell us the vehicle that we were there to see because it didnt pass inspection but they had another one like it, but couldnt sell us that one either for the same reason. This vehicle had been on their lot for61 days and no mention of this problem on line in the description. When asked why we werent informed of this before we drove all that way he said the internet person didnt know of the problem. When I asked why she didnt know we were told that they were a multi location business and everybody cant know everything. Sounded like a bait and switch operation to me. When I asked to speak to a manager and told them I would wait outside for him 3 other employees came out with him, after trying to get an explanation as to why we couldnt have been informed the manager, whose name I never got, but he was tall with a grey goatee, told me well bud it is what it is I was so enraged I could have chewed nails. When someone says that to me it says that they are too lazy to put in the time and effort to look into a situation and see if it cant be remedied and prevented again. I know I used some language that wasnt appropriate but this managers smug demeanor and care not attitude put me in a bad place. I wouldnt recommend Andy Mohr Ford or any of his other lots to someone for a vehicle purchase ever!If you could give less than a one star review they would get it.Im sure no one from the company will respond to this but I hope anyone that reads it doesnt visit any of their establishments.

    I have bought 2 cars from *****************. One at there ****** dealership in ***** Flawless all the way. I bought a **** edge from there **** dealership in ********** 2/23. Sales person was awesome. The edge burned completely on 9/4/23. When talking to the credit union which the dealership arraigned me with financed .Again great company. I called them to report the car had burned. They informed me that i had gap insurance. Which I was totally unaware. So the credit union told me to go back to dealership and they will do the insurance for. This gap insurance they hooked me up with is 0 stars. They second time I went to dealership today same financial person from my 1st visit earlier this week came out and immediately said after me showing him a letter I received from the credit union in the mail today. And it said go to the dealership so they can do the paperwork since the credit union knew I had it from the dealership. It had verbiage about a refund and all the financial guy could say I will refund my money and that's it. He was well aware that I'm a totally disabled ******* veteran with ptsd. So did the salesman who helped when I came in earlier this. He knew he could push my buttons. I left yelling at him cause u guys sold me gap and u don't want to help the process with both credit union and gap insurers says u r. I've already filled a complaint with state insurance commission and guess she called me after I left your place and told to file a complaint with ******* attorney General. I'm also going to the federal government building after a va appointment at the hospital and file a complaint under the American civil disability act. U guys have pushed me 2 far so it's time to drag into this mess. Ask the salesman from earlier he was privy to the 1st call from the state insurance commission cause I put it on speaker

    Will not purchase another vehicle from them. They were willing to give money on my trade but not come down on their price. I found another car on one of their other lots and asked that they move it to the Plainfield lot since that was the place willing to give me the best trade value. Got there to pick it up and the door had been damaged. They said I could bring it back to have fixed however only on wednesdays. Ok no problem we will figure that out. On my hour and 45 min drive home we notice a smell coming from the engine then the check engine light comes on. Take it to mechanic today to find out its going to cost $500 to have it fixed. Dont advertise that it passed all the inspections when something like this is wrong. Called the salesman and they said all used cars are as is. Learned a very expensive ****** and I wont be back nor will I recommend.

    I make an appointment over a week in advance, I show up 10 minutes early for my appointment. I am then reluctantly greeted by ********* a service advisor, who immediately cant be bothered with lifting so much as a finger to just find the appointment and check me in. She then proceeds to say there are cars that have been waiting since 9am to be looked at and they wont be looking at my car today. My complaint is why not pick up the phone and let me know that before I drive round trip 65 miles and wait over an hour of my day off. She was rude and annoyed that I could possibly be inconvenienced by this. I could call some others but Im stuck here checking you in straight up nobody doing anything around her. I called 3 separate times to try to talk on the phone prior to my appointment but no one answered any of the numerous times. Lazy and incompetent way to deal with customers who obviously didnt want to deal with the issue they are having in the first place. The first time I have ever bothered to write a review for anything, that is how sour I am leaving this place. Just avoid this dump
