    the customer service is terrible. It is run by a bunch of AI bots and don't ever answer a question. the doctor is very unresponsive and made a mistake on my prescription and it has so far taken 10 days and no resolution. I am very frustrated with this company.

    I wish I could leave zero stars. Beware and dont use them. My car insurance is high because of my husbands wreck. I used Willow and they said they paid my car insurance on March 25. It is now April 14 and my car insurance will cancel at midnight. Even worse as of today I have already completed all payments plus their fees to Willow. They took over $400 from me and my insurance was never paid. I dont have another $400 to pay the insurance and have no idea what we will do.

    They are horrible. They have taken 3 payments from me and still have not paid my bill. I used them in the past for my cable bill with no issues. But now with my car payment they have taken my money and still haven't paid my bill and it has been 12 days. They do not respond to you and they are not trying to refund my money. And on top of that I still had to pay my car payment another way. I will never use them again. They are absolutely the worst

    They are a scam period! No customer service number or anything it's been almost 5 days and the payment they claim they made still hasn't posted to my account. Not only did they take $92 dollars out my account to start it I ha d to end up paying my electric bill myself anyway. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONLINE COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!
