      The absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced. They repaired a busted pipe meaning concrete had to be redone. They hired a sloppy, cheap subcontractor who "forgot" to put in the rebar wiring and bonding after first pour. No bonding could have caused SHOCK/DEATH. After second pour, they used BLACK Stain when the rest of our concrete is grey and also got stain on our pool cover. Any customer would have been frustrated with that type of service and instead of correcting it they stated it was in their best interest to just refund our money. So now we are stuck with a c*** piece of concrete and stain on our pool cover and will now have to spend more money and time on finding someone else to fix the issue. Project manager was very rude on the phone and via text and promised that after the crew messed up the first time he would be onsite from there on out to ensure the job was done properly we never saw him again after his first initial visit. Very disappoining and frustrating.
