  I hired Haynes roofing to replace my roof after storm and wind damage in May 2023. He was timely in getting the roof replaced but since then I have had a piece of gutter not installed and another piece that was lost during a later storm. He was made aware of the uninstalled gutter piece and it took over a week to get that corrected. The second gutter piece fell off at some point. I reached out to the owner at the end of September and he said they would take care of it. Fast forward to January **** after several messages and promises to take care of it I ended up having to hire a handyman and pay out of pocket to get the job done. I wouldnt not recommend this company.

  I offered to pay the bill for the customer and she has not responded to my text messages requesting that amount.

  Do NOT recommend. We hired *** to help fix a leak on our roof. *** did promise to meet with our insurance adjuster to see if we could get anything covered by insurance. *** had to cancel multiple times and was never able to meet when our adjuster could. When he did cancel it was an hour before usually or after the meeting time had already passed. Most of the time, my husband switched his work schedule to be available and not appropriate to cancel that late. In the end nothing got covered. *** said he would help us with that piece, but didn't deliver. We decided to have him fix the leak regardless. We started the process July 19th and it wasn't until September 19th when he was able to have a crew come out. While the crew was here, *** had no idea what was going on either. We told them we wouldn't be home and multiple times the crew were knocking on our door trying to ask us questions. They also left trash on our driveway that we had to ask *** to come get. We also had interior damage that *** said he could fix, after multiple cancellations, he still was never able to get this fixed. On top of all of it, he never once said he didn't take credit card. Which was a ******************* to not even consider that from a client prospective. Regardless, we did not let him finish the interior. Instead we called Crew property improvement specialists and they sent someone out in 4 days! Very poor communication and upset not even anything was offered to make up for the poor communication or long duration of repair.

  Over the years, *** has done our roof, siding, gutters, and most recently soffits and fascia. The work has always been done well and for a good price. The workers arrived at the time scheduled and WORKED. Communication has always been good, hence *** has been my first call for exterior work.
