One year after hiring ** for tax services, I'm disappointed. Needing assistance for tax returns from the past 3-4 years due to my pregnancy, I chose **, expecting help with at least three years of returns and paid for four. Unfortunately, not all returns were processed. **'s complaint about the *** being time-consuming and his busy schedule left me questioning the value of his service. His unprofessional behavior extended to calling my brother an "old fart," showcasing a lack of professionalism. Regretfully, I had recommended him to my family for business taxes, a decision we now regret. I've realized using online tax services would have been more efficient and less costly. Faced with the new tax year, I must either re-do the taxes myself or hire another accountant, a significant financial strain. My advice to other mothers is to steer clear of **'s tax services for a hassle-free experience.

Privacy laws prevent me from commenting on any client's specific information. What I can share is that when a client hires us to to file a tax return, we prepare and file the tax return and confirm it has been received by the **** This is tax preparation. The past few years with the struggles the *** has faced due to covid, some clients have had refunds delayed for various reasons. As accountants, we do not get any notification from the *** when a refund is processed. There are times when the *** will mail a letter requesting additional documentation. If this happens, the accountant does not receive any notice of this. The *** will not process the refund until they receive a satisfactory response from the tax payer. In order for us to to resolve this, a client is now needing tax representation, as the tax preparation and filing has already been completed.Furthermore if a tax return is from a year other than the current year, the *** will require us to obtain a power of attorney form before they will speak with us to resolve a situation. If the taxpayer will not sign an *** power of attorney form authorizing us to speak with the ***, there is nothing we can do to remedy the situation.
