    I bought a 16x48 building. Upon delivery, the delivery driver couldn’t get the door open and proceeded to kick the door in (Security camera footage was saved and sent to the company). Busting the door frame and damaging the door knob. When we inspected the interior, we found 1 wall was loose and you could move it back and forth by hand. One of the ceiling supports was busted, and able to move back and forth. The gentleman I purchased the building from told me he would look into the issue and get back to me with an update. It’s been 2 months since the issue was reported and when I called him today he told me to just call Wagler directly. This has turned into a mess for no reason. It seems like the sale and poor craftsmanship was more important than customer service. When I spoke to Wagler today, they told me that the wall and door will have to be replaced. And can have some out in 2 weeks to start the repair. I put some thought to it and decided to go a different route because of the time delay. It was a huge inconvenience and hopefully they will resolve my issue as requested.

    I bought 3 ramps at 199.00 each for 654.93 total in 5/09/23 and one is busted and other one is rubbery.
