    I stopped working at my previous job since last year of June. I have been waiting for my 401k ($4,343.87) and pension ($10,413.26). I have been trying to get in contact with Latitude Retirement (Niles Lankford) but it has been very difficult to get a hold of them. I have told them numerous times how urgent it is but still no progress. If this money does not transfer to ******************* soon my account will be closed. It is very upsetting that I have to constantly call to ask them to do it but no reply. I have been reaching out to them about this issue for a month now and still nothing has been resolved. It took a long time just to get my balance of my 401k and pension. They still haven't told me my 401k account number. This is very urgent and needs to be resolved as soon as possible.

    Hello BBB,

    This person filed the complaint on July 26, 2024, which is right around the time they would have received their second check from their retirement plan.  Our Administration Manager has been in contact with both the Employer and this former employee's Financial Advisor (with the retirement plan) and they confirmed the checks were sent.

    Our Manager of Administration sent the attached email to ***************** today to explain the situation and put a close to this matter.  We did note that ***************** used a different Email Address and a different Home Address with your BBB filing versus anything we have in our records for *****************. 

    Please let us know if you need anything else to resolve this matter.
