    Plymouth Glass installed replacement windows in our house. They were sub-contracted through a general contractor who has gone out of business. The seals on 2 of the windows have broken allowing moisture and condensation to form. There is 5 year warranty on the windows. Plymouth Glass has been contacted repeatedly to replace these windows. Every time we get an empty promise that they will address the issue. I found another contractor to install the windows and he has called Plymouth Glass twice with no result. I would like the windows replaced

    We did not install the windows on this project.  The contractor installed them.  We have offered to replace the glass as they are still under warranty but will not install them.  To my knowledge we have not been notified by another installer.  The new installer should give us the glass dimensions that they would like!

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I am tired of playing games. Your company was there when the original windows were installed. My husband and I have been to your office too many times to count. Go through all the scraps of paper on your counter that the the woman at the desk has written down and you will see what I am talking about. Each time we get the same response that you will take care of the problem by ordering the glass. I hired A&M to install the windows and stopped in your office to tell you they would be contacting you.  **** has contacted you twice with no response. You already have the measurements as you sent out an installer. I am appalled that a local company would treat a customer like this. You installed defective glass and will take no responsibility to fix the problem.

    upon talking to ****, he told me that he tried calling twice and hung up because the phone just kept ringing.  Our phone system doesn't give a busy signal and just keeps ringing on the customers end when the phone is in use.  I explained to **** that we could re-order the windows and he should be contacting you.
