    We turned our taxes in on the middle of March. It is the end of July and they have still not been completed. I've called multiple times and have gotten the run around. I've been told that they will be done by a certain time and they are not done. I've called and asked to speak to the owner, the owner couldn't bother to call me back. They even increased the rate this year and this is what we get. It will be hard for my family to do business with this company again.

    If I had only read more reviews. The owner's son did my taxes last year and was outstanding. He moved away and is not with the company anymore. This year, I had the oposite experience. I turned everything in early, and I was ASKED by the owner to turn in more documents. I followed his instructions promptly (within one week). I turned in two additional documents when they became available to me in February. I called the last day of March to inquire about my tax return, was told it wasn't done, but they would call me. I never got a call, and called them a few days later. I was told the same story and was assured they turn taxes in late every year, and the staff person did not seem concerned at all. It matters to ME, as the customer. I went in on the day taxes are due to ask again, and I was informed they were not done. I explained that I need to settle my husband's estate and have to get the tax job done. The woman gave me back my documents and seemed upset that I had my own deadlines to follow. I guess the usual tax filing deadline doesn't count or matter for them. I found they had not even looked at some of them (still in sealed envelopes). If they had JUST BEEN HONEST and upfront about their inability to get my taxes done, I would have thanked them for being honest, gotten my documents and another CPA to get they job going sooner. What is wrong with just being honest?

    I do not even want to give them 1 star, I want to give them a -1 star if I could. We have been getting our taxes done here for years, and in the past I would have even given them a +5 star rating. The last few years however have been quit a different story, starting off with not calling us back, not answering questions, not letting us know what was going on with our tax returns, etc., just plain old horrible customer service. Then the final straw this year on April 14th we heard nothing, we called to ask where are our 2021 returns, no answer, no calls. About 3 weeks later we received a letter from them stating that an extension was filed for us along with others. Okay fine, so when do you think you we might get our tax returns back, they have no idea. Our call were ignored, left messages for ***************************** or anyone to get back to us, absolutely no response what-so-ever to this date from *** Weidner nor anyone from this company. We still do not have our 2021 returns from Weidner and Company PC. We had to go elsewhere and I am happy to say our 2021 returns are completed!No we do not recommend using ********************************************* unless you wish to be left in the dark and ignored!
