    Bought a car from *********************** and we agreed that he would keep the title until I paid the car off. I got into an accident so the insurance company sent the money to him (4700) I owed him 400. So we agreed once he received the money he would take out the 400 I owed him and he send me the 4300. He never sent the money. Now he isnt returning my text.

    I purchased a vehicle from electromod classics February 24, 2023. The vehicle broke down on me within 2 weeks of me purchasing the vehicle. I never received a title although he said Ill receive it in the mail within a week of me purchasing it. March 14, 2023 ****************************** placed a 72 hour tow notice on my vehicle because I fit have any plates in the vehicle. I informed ***** and he stated his team was supposed to be picking up the vehicle. I had to push my car off the street into the lot so it wouldnt get towed. His team didnt come get the vehicle until March 18, 2023. Everyday he started finding more and more problems wrong with the vehicle and was telling me new things wrong each day. He finally offered a refund or another vehicle I said I just want the refund. He only partially paid me $1600 out of the $2400 that was agreed to be paid back. I have accumulated about 800 in Uber fees to get back and forth and also paying delivery fees for groceries to be delivered to my house because I have no vehicle at the moment. The owner *********************** and his wife *************************** has blocked me on social media and refuses to respond about a refund
