    Purchased Date 07/13/2023 ****** Tankless Water Heater installation Cost $5174.00 The heater keeps having an error code, they came out and told me it was the outlet and the circuit breaker. I had both of them replaced. 2 days later the error code started again. contacted lovings the second time, they checked it again and said the circuit board in the heater need to be replaced. They contacted ****** to diagnose the problem and it was a bad batch of circuit boards installed in some of the heaters, They sent a new one out to Lovings next day air, on 07/26/23. And the service man said he will be back that same week to replace it.It's now 08/09/23 And Lovings has not came back out to replace the board, and I'm still having issues.Not happy spending that much money and having it give me problems.

    We installed the ****** on 7-14-23. The customer called 7-28-23 stating it did not work. ************** went to service the ****** tankless and it was throwing an electrical code. ****** requires us to contact them any time we service one of their units. They advised the customer needed to call an electrician out to change the breaker and add a surge protector. The tech did speak with ****** and they were sending out a board. The customer called and wondered about his part. We stated we were waiting on the part to come in and would be out to install it. There was an appointment scheduled on August 25 to put the part on and the customer no longer wanted us out that day, so he canceled. We went August ****************************************** business for over 40 years, dealing with thousands of customers. We LOVE our customers!  Lovings will go above and beyond to see that the issue is taken care of.
