    I paid for services that were not rendered. I paid for full synthetic oil change. Which is the recommended type for my vehicle. Happens to be the .ost expensive type no matter where I go. After only 5 weeks my engine started making a knocking sound. First thing I did was check oil. It was almost completely empty and what little oil that was in there. Was completely black and sludge like. I attempted to contact Nottingham Automotive and their representative just gave me run around. Completely denying that the oil hadn't been changed. I even took in pictures with date and time stamp. Still received no help.

    This vehicle was brought in on 04/10/24 for a drivability issue. My mechanic scanned the vehicle and checked the oil, stating that it was 2 1/2 to 3 quarts low on oil and the oil was black. My mechanic recommended that we change the oil first. We changed the oil and filter. 

    After doing the oil change, customer notified us his 'unit kept dying' and came back to us about a week later,  we checked his unit and his battery plug was very loosely connected. We fixed it, for free, no charge. About 4 weeks later, he came back and claimed we never changed his oil because some was missing. It was 'black and sludge' like, which is true, but this is because he probably has an engine issue. We did an oil change, drive around on unit, inspection, and reconnected the battery plug.
