      This company has got a better business bureau accreditation this company due to their efficient management and inefficient employees have caused my home more damage To my home then was already there also putting my family health and safety at riskI their employees almost burnt my house down leaving a dehumidifier draining into an abandon drain left in a wall they exposed an hour before with an electrical socket live on the floor next to it the pipe was connected to nothing and the humidity would have run on the floor and come in contact with a live electrical wire when speaking to the owner of the franchise and sending pictures of how my home was left I received more excuses from their company when removing cabinets they busted the bracket that holds the pipe onto the stud making my cold water line suspending and not connected to the Studon top of improperly drying my homes hardwood floors which have paper backing because no drying was done on the underneath of the floors I am left with a house the smell of mold would gag a maggot I have cut ties with Servpro because I do not feel safe my home wasnt respected and the lack of care and compassion and responsibility from this Franchise and owner ***************** who is supposed to help you at your most worst and tragic time the loss of your home has made excuses after excuses his codesnding and none Apologetic attitude was very dishearteningI have gone through all of the chains of command right up to corporate these are my experiences with Servpro I hope you never have to experience what I experienced
