    I booked this hotel on expedia and at no point was there any notice the hotel is under construction. When I arrived after driving for hours there was no one at the front desk, I waited about 10 minutes then when to go eat lunch. After lunch I came back and again there was no one at the desk, when she finally showed up she was rude and unprofessional, especially in her tone, as though I was inconveniencing her. She said I would have to pay $10 to check in early (it was about an hour before check in time) and I said "no thanks". I tried cancel the reservation through ******* because i'm not staying at a hotel that treats customers like garbage. Expedia told me that I would have to pay one night to cancel, which I said I will never do because i'm not giving a dime to a business that treats people like that, there are 15 other hotels in this town, so I just went across the street and booked one in five minutes. I changed my digital card number so Best Western couldn't bill me for one night, and their charge was declined, thankfully. This is America, you don't have to do business with a company that treats you as a worthless inconvenience.
