    8/25/2022 I ordered 2 BeActive+ (for sciatic pain) as the advertisement said I would only have to pay $10.00 for the second unit. My card was charged $48.94 $29.99+$10.00+$8.94(shipping)= $48.94.8/26/2022 My card was charge the $48.94 9/12/2022 My card was charged again for $2.80 It's not a lot of money but why was I charged an additional amount? The original charge was exactly what it should have been. Now I'm concerned about the fact they have my card on file and can continue to make charges to it. Are they trying to get away with these extra charges because it's impossible to reach them by phone so how do I get my refund?

    September 8th I ordered a MyNuzzle pillow online and accepted offer to get a second one free, entered my financial info but when I clicked Submit the price doubled. So I tried to go back and cancel but there was no cancel button on any of the pages. All I could do was close the browser tab without hitting the final Submit button that would have confirmed my order. I saw the $200+ charge on my bank statement and immediately called Top Dog Direct customer service. The agent said I could not cancel! She said I could only refuse the delivery. She assured me I would be getting a confirmation email. As of September 12 I have NOT received a confirmation of my order. I've NOT received notice from the company that they charged my account. I have NOT received delivery of product. Beware! There is no cancelling, no changing the order, no going back-- once you enter your financial info you have bought the product whether you want it or not!

    PayPal lists $52.44 to this company on my account. It is listed as an AUTOMATIC payment. I never set these up for anything, especially not something I didn't authorize & never heard of. I want this payment refunded to my PayPal account immediately before another payment goes thru.

    I bought be active brace from **** for $17.18. I DID NOT spend 52 nor would I EVER on something I can get 4 less. I did not deal with top dog & am due a refund.

    I ordered the beactiveplus They billed my credit card and now a month later they charged me $3.80 to my credit card more without asking me. Said they forgot to charge me Federal Tax. This is not right or fair. I did not tell them they could charge my card for the $3.80

    I would like to provide an explanation to the small dollar chargebacks we are receiving for our product BeActive Plus in our gateway #******* and Merchant ID #************.  Our website partner did not pass the sales tax authorized during the original purchase to our fulfillment center who captures payment when the order is shipped.  This was first noticed at the beginning of September 2022 and had been happening since June 2022.  In an effort to fulfill our statutory obligations to the states we sold into, we have gone back and processes the authorized sales tax amount.  Prior to capturing the sales tax amount, we emailed each customer and explained the situation and provided customer service contact information so they could investigate further. 

    We understand that this is a challenging situation and that many customers will question the charge.  Because the sales tax amount that was not collected was material, we choose to proceed.  If you would like to discuss further, please feel free to contact me directly.

    [The price I paid with my Bank card is what was agreeded on at their web-site.  Is it understood that they can charge another amount later after collecting from me?  I paid $48.94 and then they charged me another $3.80 weeks later after I had recieved the item, This is just not right,  Is this normal for all transactions online??]

    On July 30 2022 I ordered the beactive plus product from their sitehttps://www.buybeactiveplus.com/BEACTIVEPLUS/6.0000/Index.dtm?otsid=25651. (topdogdirect) I did receive a confirmation but did not receive any tracking or information about my order since. I use the number that was given and couldn't get anyone and the automatic system wasn't working. The automation told me to go ro trackmyorderstatus.com which doesn't work. My order doesn't come up. I need help! I'm 80 yrs old and should not have to go through this!

    I saw a charge on my PayPal account from top dog direct for $68.94. I never ordered anything from them and never heard of them. I am seeking a refund. I see many complaints about them on this web site

    Ordered on 7/10/22 from Be *********** a acupressure knee pad for relieve of sciatic nerve pain. After placing order i was then told it would take 3 wks for delivery. This was unacceptable to my need so i attempted to immediately cancel the order. Could not reach live person to do so. Message gave me customer service contact information it told me to call **************** phone ************ I have had no success reaching anyone there to cancel this order. also given email to ck on order Status. when contacted it only said they could not locare that order. I'm filing complaint due to inability to reach anyone to resolve the issue. This is not a professional way to operate a business. Customers should have a way to resolve service issues.Thank you very much *************************** ************
