    DLB is terrible. I been with a token mailbox door since June 12th 2024. In under disability and they know this and dont communicate with me in timely manners. They raise my rent every 6 months cause were grandfathered in. There is no rent control. Homeless stealing mail and breaking and entering in our homes or laundry room, there is no phone number to call management. The last response I got from them was July 9th and now its July 30th, they wait ***** days to respond back only in text messages. I called fair housing and no code inspection. I also have no contact back from the building manager since July 1st telling me my broken mailbox door is up to postal office but that was false information as the broken door for the mailbox is the property managers responsibility. They keep me waiting. With lies and no sense of compassion or urgency. Bad unethical practices and being treated like Im not important is inhumane.
