    I have been waiting for my order that I paid for weeks ago. I have called but have gotten no response from ******* to resolve by problem. I just would like to receive what I paid for. The delivery service ***** has had my package for 10 days. ******* will not call them to try to resolve this issue. All I want is my boots I already paid for

    Worest shoes and worest customer support I have ever experienced. The shoes soles will disintegrate just after few times of wear. When contacted the customer service they refused to help by either fixing or replacement. Very disappointed to spend over $100 on shoes that will not last for reasonable time with reasonable times of use. Will never buy again Merrell products or even recommend it to an enemy.
