Just Hauler was contracted for towing services through our coverage with Life360 on November 18. We have a free Towing as a benefit with our subscription. When they arrived to get my son and his vehicle, they made him pay $53 which he shouldve not had to pay at all. With a made up bogus fee. We unfortunately again needed to use Towing services yesterday and Life360 was going to again contract with Just Hauler. We also have full towing coverage through our insurance policy with State farm so we canceled the ******* request and started a roadside assistance request through State Farm in an attempt to try to avoid that company. As luck would have it, State farm requested Just Hauler to assist. It took them over eight hours to get to my son and additionally when they got there, they tried to charge him $55! They are hustling vulnerable and desperate people for additional money that they absolutely should not be asking for! I verified this charge was inaccurate and unreasonable through both Life360 and State farm who both agreed we should not have been charged by the towing company at all. I left negative yelp and ****** reviews and ******* from Just Hauler has gotten pretty nasty and attempts to justify why he has to charge his customers more on the backend even though he knows hes not supposed to. The State farm rep that I talked to today assured me that they would not be using this company anymore. Im going to also follow up with more information for Life360 as well. Im happy to provide proof of having paid the $53 on November 18 and my son would be happy to provide testimony as well if you need it as to what happened both times. Yesterday when I was telling my son to absolutely refuse to pay the $55, ******* from Just Hauler said to him OK Ill take care of you this time you take care of me next time. My son responded with reminding him that he already paid him $53 a couple of weeks ago that he shouldnt have had to pay!
