    I bought a special mobility truck (*****) back in Jan 2023. I was promised it would take no longer than 2 mo. At a 6 month period of waiting I got tired of it and opted for something they had in stock (*********). Upon getting it 1 day it broke down on me. The special lift for power chairs. We tried manually getting me out but that was broke too. I was stuck. So I drove to United Access to help me get out. After looking at it the mechanical part broke and the manual part. With hydraulic fluid everywhere. Brand ne day truck. They 1st had to fix the manual part to get me out. Then schedule another appointment to have the electronic fixed. That was a solenoid. After 3 weeks of waiting I got it. That very same night it got stuck again. Trapped again. **************************** tech walked us through to get me out. They are the orig. people I bought the truck from but not the manufacturer. He told us to tap on the pump and hold the button down. As the manual part was still broken as of2day It didn't work.But the tapping worked electronically. Woke up the next morning to practice backing up on it. It acted like it was ***** opening up the door then it jolted open. It wouldn't drop again so I could wheel myself in. So I wheeled around to the pumps tapping it again. With no avail. Swung back around and noticed the sensors had a big gap in it so it could drop. Then I noticed it couldn't cause it wouldn't extend all the way noticing it was ***** with a bent piece. Then I noticed with all that happening it put a big crease in my brand new tuck. Bending it. So as I have before reach out to ************************* the main guy at manufacturing. He promised to get ahold of me. As he promised many times before with all the other problems. It's been consistent with him. Along with ***** the Owner of who I purchased the truck from (****************************). I keep getting the run around. He won't call back. I can't get no help to fix a brand new truck. Nightmares. HORRIBLE business.

    I am writing to you today to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I have received from ATC **********************. I have been trying to work with ATC for several months now to convert my truck so that it can accommodate my 12-year-old son's power wheelchair.My first interaction with ATC was in Jan23. I will say my interaction with him did not make me feel wanted as a customer. When asked if there was a place local I could work to ensure everything was correct I was told that the closest place was 3 hours from my home. Later I learned (because of looking on my own for someone to install the harness system) there was a business within 25 minutes of my home that has worked with ATC and help customers. Maybe this should have been the red flag that prevented me from sending my truck to ATC, but we needed a vehicle that could be used for my son's power wheelchair and seat 6. So, I moved forward with reassurance it would be ready in about 4 weeks.I asked if I could get status updates and was told not to call till 3.5 weeks (and I had to call) Again red flag number 2. No desire for customer service. So, our truck was shipped and I waited 4.5 weeks (to give a little extra time). My call was met with an expression of why would I be calling and that it would be at least another 2 to 3 weeks without any explanation. At this, I asked to speak to the gentlemens manager. This led me to *********I will say I felt very much like a bully mindset. Having dealt with many companies and nonprofits for handicapped children/individuals I was very taken aback. I expressed this and said I would appreciate an update on Monday and that I needed to go.
