      To Whom It May ********** moved into our new Rochester Heritage home in May of this year and there have been several issues. To begin with, whoever does the drywall does a horrible job! Our contractor had to do a lot of touchups and there are still so many issues with bumps and dents and corners are a mess! We arent even able to paint until those issues are complete. The fan in our spare bathroom hasnt worked since we did our initial inspection, we have trim that doesnt go together, cracking in our shower (which I understand can happen with transportation), our island has gouges on the sides, our screen door doesnt work on our sliding glass door, the actual whole sliding glass door is off, our master sink faucet doesnt turn on right and so much more! Who does the inspections on these homes? Why are they shipped out in this condition so that the contractor has to deal with it and we are still waiting for these issues to be fixed by ***** Homes of Mt. Pleasant. They keep saying they are waiting for parts from you but it has been almost 2 months now and nothing!Why are we paying for a home that has so many issues as a brand new house? I can see a couple little things but like in the drywall that is the whole house! I believe someone needs to look more closely at these issues and not be so fast to send them out in poor condition!Any kind of compensation would be nice for the inconvenience. Im not going to recommend others buy a Rochester home if this is the quality they would expect to get and then have to wait for months for the issues to be fixed.I did my homework and Rochester was highly rated so that was why we went with you along with the very nice features.I hope someone would respond and give me some answers. I sent this by email to Rochester and also on ******** messenger with no response!Thanks for your time and hope this helps to improve your homes for others in the future.

      This inquiry is one that is on Rochester Homes radar and is striving to complete as soon as possible. It is our understanding, that the homeowner's builder is taking care of any service needed for this home. If the builder is in need of any parts for this home, Rochester Homes has a plan in place to supply them. We have attempted to deliver parts in a timely manner once before however, these parts were lost in transit. Since then, Rochester Homes has reordered the needed supplies to complete the home. The plan is to personally deliver them to the homeowners builder in the coming week. Rochester Homes' service team has been communicating with the builder and homeowner to discuss solutions to complete this home. We apologize for any delay this has caused in the completion of this home. As a third party to this building project, we can only act upon the information we are given from the builder upon request.
