      Delivered our boat 7/1/25 without:Temporary BMV registration Our table mounted The extra two keys we ordered Inoperable trim gauge Snaps missing from canopy No one will respond to our contacts. Very disappointed.

      Made downpayment for used pontoon on 4-15-25, was told everything worked and they were 2 weeks out for delivery and I was assured that I was assured that l would have the boat by memorial day. Holiday came and went - No boat. Went by *** on 5-27-25 asked about boat and was told there was a problem with the motor. No one **ntacted me or relayed this info. 2 months and 2 plus weeks and I still do not have the boat. I asked that they send a letter to the finance ** stating the boat was still in their possession, this would eliminate the finance ** from adding insurance to my loan, they refused. Why would I insure something I do not have? The motor is half the **st of boat so the service **ntract amount should be adjusted. It is warranted for 3 years. That should lower the service **ntract price. I have yet to get the final decision on this. No one calls and informs me of anything. I always have to approach them. They are disrespectful, unprofessional liars that have no respect for the buyer. Maybe it is because I am a female, so add **ndescending to their many issues. I am now 2 months and almost 2 weeks from having my boat. At the time of signing the **ntract I gave them the title to my trade in. I trusted them but this has been an absolute failure on their part.

      **** and Hop are incredibly disrespectful. Would not recommend buying a boat from them. **** LOVES to call employees out on their medication (I think thats illegal?) and questioning if they need to adjust their dose.

      We ordered a boat from these people, when we got it, none of the changes we made to the original floor plan, were completed. They did not stipulate the changes to the factory. They made little effort to communicate with me what they were going to do to fix the problem. They tried to put lipstick on a pig. Even then, we were still willing to buy the boat. Reminds me of a child pulling the wings off flies, to get a thrill. When it came time to pay, they said I complained too much. Do you believe it? I said what do you want to do cancel the deal? The owner of the company immediately said yes. I waited 8 weeks for a boat, did not get anything close to what I ordered and ReederTrausch just left me high and dry. Does this company sound, like a moral, ethical and fairmended company. I think not. I don't know how the guy sleeps at night. We called the next day and my virtually begged him not to cancell. But he would not listen. I have checked their inventory and the boat I ordered was never listed for sale. The boat was delivered there but yet they wouldn't sell it me for spite. So you know they must have sold to someone else and I am sure for more money. These people think small. They may be riding high now, but when you treat people like this, they are not going to be long term players. Please stay away from this company. They are not ethical people. ****** the owner is one sick puppy. In my opinion. Who would do such a thing. When I told him I would write a review he said, go ahead, I answer all my complaints. All my complaints? Seems like a Freudian slip. I guess he has alot of complaints. That is not surprising. I had a retail business for 11 years and had ZERO complaints. That pretty much sums it up with this outfit. REEDERTRAUSCH, just say no. You won't be sorry you did.
