    I have submitted a dispute on my credit card against Raccoon Lakeside Lodge. I booked a week long stay there, but after arrive to the unit that I booked, I called the contact phone number and told them that I was unable to stay due to an allergy to something in the unit. The contact person told me that he understood and they would refund all of my money except $50. I thanked him and went to find other accommodations. I was only able to find a hotel 40 minutes away, but at least I was able to breathe and not constantly sneeze.I have attempted to email the Raccoon Lakeside Lodge to the information off of my booking reservation. I have not heard anything from them. I also, at this time, have not heard anything from my credit card company. (It is currently under merchant review, but that ends today.)The most that I should have to pay them is the equivalent of one night's stay under their cancellation policy, which would be $200. Right now they have $920 of my money. The unit that I walked into was gross. Dirty, dark, everything falling apart or terribly soiled and stained. It was like a horror movie setting. Not worth $200 a night.
