    We have worked with R&S boats for a long time. They have winterized our boats, stored our boats, fixed our boats, etc. this last fall they fixed our boat and then winterized it. We got it back on the lake 2 weeks ago and darn if the same thing was happening with the boat as in the fall. We contacted R&S to let them know that they didnt fix it and guess what??? They only guarantee their work for 2 weeks. So at the end of the season- you get your boat fixed and it really is just wasting money because the boat is out of the water and out of guarantee!!! Who does this??? Waste of money and boat is not fixed!!

    Following our phone conversations with ***** on July 7 and July 8, 2025, it was discussed that the watercraft had been serviced on August 26th 2024 for a fuel-related issue and winterization. Nearly a year later, ***** contacted us to report that the watercraft was not running after he serviced it and put it in the water last week.  No spring services were rendered by R&S Boats.
    As stated on his invoice, any disputes regarding services rendered by R&S Boats must be raised within two weeks of service to guarantee our work. ***** mentioned that while he understands the part is not under warranty, he believes the service we performed should be covered. 

R & S Boats is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
