1 starSo disappointed, paid for a complete job that was a flop, called the company every other day for over a week to get someone to come look at the sloppy job and Incomplete job they did. Nobody apologized, took over 15 days to send somwone out to tell me the job had to be redone and was not done right.. scheduled me out another 30day and then no-showed day of. Attempting to get a hold of them and all i get is voicemails. Again paid thousands for a complete job that was not completed.Review fromROBERT C

1 starBeware of this company for the work they perform and the communication. I had contacted them for a job lifting my garage floor, that involed of installing piers and lifting concrete. After a number of changing of dates from dec 2024 to march 2025 , they finally came out. They started installing 5 piers , which left the garage floor lower than the ouside concrete slab , called company about this and all I got was a answering machine no call back, they came a month later to finish up, I question them about the job and they left ,had to call the company. No return call from the company about what could be done, the only call I got back was for the remaining money(job undone). A ****** ***** called and came out and we settled on two more piers which he said would solved it, now were at $16000 for job. Two more piers installed, next day they came to slab jack to level, garage floor still not level and one end is lower than the other (lousy work) , still pooling water at cornor of garage after so call leveling. their workmenship is terrible they put a 5 inch hole in the side of the garage,nice!! I left a message to ***** *** but of course no answer about how bad and lousy job, but of course no reply. I could not recomend this company to anyone, all I got was a $16000 job that I will have to have a quailify company to come in and fix the their mess. Once they get their money they don't care, don't get sucker like I did !!*** ****Acculevel, Inc.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to Mr. ***** concerns. We take all feedback seriously and are committed to providing a high standard of service and communication with all our customers.
Mr. **** contracted our company to perform structural stabilization work on his garage floor, including the installation of foundation piers and slab lifting. Due to seasonal weather conditions and the nature of this work, the original project schedule experienced some delays between December 2024 and March 2025. This was communicated to the customer in advance, and we appreciate his patience during that period.
Our records show that upon completion of the work, Mr. **** signed off on the final walkthrough, indicating the work was completed to satisfaction at that time. Additionally, we have reviewed photos of the completed project and confirmed that the structure was lifted and secured properly to mitigate further settling.
Regarding the concerns about water pooling and an alleged 5-inch hole in the garage wall:
We were never notified during or after the project completion about a hole of that nature. Had we been made aware, we would have investigated and addressed it appropriately.
As for pooling water, minor unevenness can sometimes remain in existing slabs due to prior settling and slab shape. However, the structural stabilityour primary responsibilitywas successfully achieved with the additional piers.
In response to Mr. ***** dissatisfaction following the initial phase of work, a manager, *****, visited the property and worked with the customer to agree on a solution that included the installation of two additional piers at a discounted rate. This step was taken in good faith and in a collaborative effort to meet the customer's expectations, despite the original scope having been completed.
We acknowledge that follow-up communication may not have met Mr. ***** expectations. For that, we apologize. We are currently reviewing our internal communication procedures to prevent similar concerns in the future.
We remain committed to resolving any outstanding, verifiable issues. If Mr. **** would like us to revisit the property and inspect any remaining concerns, we are open to scheduling a follow-up visit at no additional cost.
We stand by the integrity of our work and regret that Mr. **** does not feel the same. Nonetheless, we appreciate his feedback and hope to reach a constructive resolution.Review fromThomas R

5 stars****** and ***** were excellent. Arrived on time and went to work straight away. They completed both areas of concern and even took the time to dig one of our plants (although small) up and replanted when done. Highly recommend Acculevel.Acculevel, Inc.

1 starI called for an estimate to lift a sunken concrete walkway. I had some standing rainwater after a heavy storm. I understood it would cost ********. I was told this over the phone that minimum work would be ********. The person (********) who came for an estimate was here for over 2hrs., which I was not made aware that it would take that long. And for various reasons he made me uncomfortable and had asked me personal questions, of which I told his manager, ***** **** the receptionist, and ******** himself.He told me that I needed a French Drain and new sump pump and some other work that would come to *********. During the time he was here I let him know I wanted to get other quotes.I told him I couldn't afford ********* and he somehow brought it down to ******** and I signed a contract, giving him a deposit for ******** dated 5/3/25 and posted at my bank on 5/3/25. I had 2nd thoughts about this work being done and accessed my bank account to stop payment to find that the check had been negotiated. Days later I attempted to contact someone other than the estimator that originally came to my house. I specifically said I did not want to talk to him as he made me uncomfortable. I was going to be referred to his manager (****). 10 min later the ******** called me... not his manager!! The receptionist who I talked to told me she specifically told the estimator (********) NOT to call me. The manager, days later called me back and said I only had 3 days to cancel and that time was up. And he cancelled the contracted work and kept ********. I asked if he would work with me and just to the work for ******* and he declined. He, the manager, **** cancelled--not me!! and told me I lost the deposit of *******. There have been several phone calls between 4/14/25 and 4/25/25 to no avail. And I will mention again, I tried to stop payment on the check before the 3 days and it was already negotiated. The work was not scheduled until 5/7/25, which **** cancelled.Acculevel, Inc.

5 starsI, as well as my pets, loved *****! From the start, he listened to my concerns and goals which helped dramatically when he gave me my three tier plans. He let me know every little thing that caused concern but was very informative on what issues could potentially wait so I felt no pressure to do everything at once. I really appreciated the images and detailed descriptions, making sure I understood the problem and solution fully. ***** definitely made a horrible situation (my crawl space) feel like no problem at all!
