I had this local business waterproof my basement and it was a total failure. They dug around 3 sides of my house put the gutter and basement drain in back yard now and have a swamp back there. They destroyed where the gutters were draining to and routed them in back yard too which is a nightmare I'm gonna have to deal with finding old drain by hiring a plumber with a camera before i can connect the ac unit for rerouting the messed up gutter drains!! and a completely destroyed yard with still a wet basement that's no better!!!. For 4 months they came up with every BS excuse in the book to why my basement still leaks, the walls leak air because they used crappy black water on outside of walls that did nothing to seal. Their favorite word is wicking to why water takes time to get away from basement floor. So 5 months later water pools up from middle of floor and creaps across under my washer and dryer still. They wanted me to wire brush all cracks and around the whole basement 4 walls and caulk it. I shouldn't have to worry about that, thats the whole point of hiring them!! And plus if they dug deep enough in the first place the water shouldn't "Wick" in their phrase. "Leak" in correct phrase. They came in and put bandaids on basement to try and stop the water after the failed attempt of digging outside and decided to saw about 8 inches of concrete away from 1 wall and illegally route the water into my sewer drain instead of my sump pump near by. They only went 6 inches deep and wanted to dump that concrete on my property and I said no. Now my washer spin cycle fills up that ineffective void trenched out of my basement floor and backflows into my drain...Unbelievable!! They also messed up my driveway retaining wall now crooked. I'm now stuck with an ugly muddy front and back yard, no landscaping, lousy grade work on driveway, no ac hooked up till I reroute gutters to the lost tore up old drain. If you want a long expensive nightmare that makes you sick call these guys
