      RYCO Electric was dispatched to my home to diagnose & fix an issue with my ************** lights which are connected to a Dusk/**** photo-cell. ***** arrived and immediately was argumentative and rude. After yelling at my wife telling her he wasnt going to do the work he retreated to his vehicle and eventually left. Ive been charged a $100 dispatch fee and no work or diagnosis was performed. ***** also lied on his report of findings to state that I had 9 lights being controlled by this photo-cell, there are only 7. He also lied and stated the problem was related to an overload when he never bothered to check anything. Those 7 lights & sensor were installed 7 years ago and worked perfectly until recently. ****** lack of ********************* willingness to openly lie/falsify a report is unacceptable. I attempted to immediately contacted **** but my phone calls went unanswered.

      Ryco was out to this house on 2/9/24 . This was through a warranty company ( American Home Shield ). This homeowner does not have coverage for outside lighting . Homeowner was upset that they paid American Home Shield $100.00 and it was not covered.  Homeowner was disgruntled about the situation. Our tech left at that time. I'm the office manger here at Ryco. I have not received any messages from the homeowner regarding this.

       I am rejecting this response because:  I have had these lights serviced by another contractor through the warranty plan so I disagree with Rycos position.  The technician was upset and was the one who initiated an argument with my wife (which is awfully unprofessional).  I tried calling Ryco twice after this happened and no one answered and leaving a message was not an option.  The technician sent by **** was unprofessional, rude, & lazy.

      Ryco was told by American Home Shield  that there was no coverage on the plan for outdoor lights. As for the not being able to leave a message, we have not had any issues receiving messages.

      I have contract through ******** **** ****** which they were dispatch to come out to my home last Friday Which they gave themselves a four hour window to show up after two hours between the four hour window the technician finally called me and told me he was really busy and that he was on his way my husband explained to him that I had already left for work and the technician stated well I am two hours away and you all can just reschedule your appointment we agreed and set an appointment for five days later on my day off after 1 to 2 hours past out the 4 hour window he gave himself he was no call no show i called ******** **** ****** and I explained to them that the technician had not showed up she then stated that I need to give them more time the representative did try to reach them by phone and email but she was unable to reach them as well as myself.so the next day I get a confirmation email stating that not only was I charge but they had put in the system that the work was completed which they never showed up so I called ******** **** ****** and explain that no one never showed up they stated we see that u missed your appointment I then stated how is that when I was the one trying to contact them and they were no call no show fortunately the rep saw that someone from ******** **** ****** Attempted to reach out to the company as well Which they were also unsuccessful I paid my money and they never showed up and they lied stating I miss the appointment.
