    I called in on Saturday 1/6/24 and spoke to **** to price a Boss Spreader actuator and motor. I was told $600 So I asked if that included the tax? **** said it would be $647.00 total out the door with the actuator, motor and shaft.Monday 1/8/24 I called to inform (**********) I was on my way they said ok see you soon! Once I got there **** told me $100.00 over what I was told on the phone Saturday. When I reminded **** what he said he said it was a price increase and started to get loud and rude yelling do you want it or not? Then said I'll do you a favor I'll put it back on the shelf and you can go buy it somewhere else! Race? Ignorance? Lack of business skills? Whatever the case is I wasted nearly 2 hours driving there and back. But I kept my Dignity, my Cool and my CASH! Way to go Genuis send the customer away with $650.00 cash in his pocket! p.s. Thats why the store was empty of customers the day before a major snow storm! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
