    I came to my mothers house in Nov. of 2025 to help her with health issues and James(the owner) was working on several projects in her home and had been doing so for 2 years prior. It took about 2 months and an outside inspector from another company(he is willing to verify all information) to show that the work he did was VERY overpriced and the work he did was dangerous. He had exposed wiring throughout the home and some things weren't wired for the right amp, cut through lines and beams of the home creating more problems down the road. All the work he said was "complete" was half azzed and used inferior materials and charged high prices. My guess was that he was doing this to milk money from my mother because she had already paid him 110k+ and NOTHING was actually done. Pipes leak, wires shorted out, black mold built up where he said he "waterproofed" the basement. If anyone else has to hire him GET A CONTRACT....he WILL rip you off. Also when I confronted him he threatened me so that was when it was time for him to go.
