    * ** ******** ****** and use various support apps to help manage and protect online services. On or about July 13th, 2022 I got a ping notifying me that my ***** account was being used (not by me). I immediately notified ***** via TTY (phone). I informed ***** that my account was being debited in the amount of $89.98 and it wasn't me and wanted them to stop the transaction while it was in progress. ***** informed me that isn't their policy. Their policy is to allow the fraud to go through then they investigate and reimburst the consumer. I told them that my phone and bag had been stolen either from ****** ******* GYM or during therapy at the 4230 address, in C******* *** I shared with them I was fortunate that someone had dropped my phone off the next day at ****** FITNESS, but not my bag. I did contact the local police department. However, because I did not know where my phone and bag were taken from they suggested I return to both places and ask there. ***** did return the $89.98 that was debited at KIUHGI. I suffered another episode (seizure) and did look at my ***** account for over a month. When I did I noticed $89.98 was debited from my account again. I thought my ******** had done it and asked her. She told me she didn't. A few weeks later I contacted ***** for a different matter and learned ***** had taken $89.98 out of my account after their so-called investigation was completed. Somehow, they determined the transaction was valid and I deserve to lose $89.98 just like that. They never notified me they were taken any money out of my account and never contacted me during their so-called investigation.

    I ordered a product from them at a cost of 75.69 on 7/31/22.
    I emailed them continuously to see where the product was. They kept saying it was out for shipment.
    After several months of not receiving it, I asked for a refund. They assured me they would process the refund.
    To date I have no product or refund.

    Placed order for trailer 8/10, credit card charge but never received my order. Contacted them via email and they supposedly resent but I never received it. Requested a refund and was offered 60% to which I said NO. They came back with 70% then 7.00 to send another one. They finally said 100% but I have not received that yet.

    never recieved order kiuhgi money removed from credit card thay will not return any emails would like money back this order was on 07/14 /2022 I tried to call. and phone but no answer line is always busy .the order was for a tire price was $67.36

    A charge was posted to my VISA on August 18, 2022 for merchandise allegedly purchased at a KIUHGI store possibly in ****. I looked for KIUHGI on the internet and found the same phone number as you have provided ************* I have called the number repeatedly the last two days trying to determine what was allegedly purchased but no one answers the call.

    The amount of 83.29 was charged to my VISA ending in 2698.
