I hired YHR because of a referal given to me by a trusted friend. The roof, gutters, downspouts, fascia, and siding of my home had been damaged in the recent hailstorm. The job is now complete and I am very pleased. I give this company a 5 star review for the following reasons. 1. Unlike other companies, there was no pushy high sales pitch. 2. The owner took his time to answer all of my questions and made me feel like I was his only customer. He now feels like a friend. 3. The owner was ALWAYS available when I texted or called him with a question. I did not have to go through a secretary or an office person to reach him. 4. The owner did not try to cut corners to increase his profit margin. In fact, several of the materials were upgraded without any extra charge. 5. The work was completed in a quick and timely fashion and in a very professional manner. Now that the job is complete, my house looks GREAT!
