  I am rejecting this response, as like all communications from this company. They are nothing more than lies. The reputation is also based on a lie. I have posted two bad Google reviews for this company that are not showing up for the public to see. I have also noticed other, which looks to be legitimate bad reviews removed. The local news should look into this type of manipulation of Google reviews. The second lie is not a communication problem at all, I contacted Andes about all the problems and have not had any of them resolved other than the roof vent was installed. Third lie there is nothing being installed to void a warranty. Andes simply did not replace the wavy plywood like asked multiple times. This response from Andes is not a surprise at all. I sent an email stating I looked forward to setting up an appointment to get all this resolved. No response or contact from them, none. The list of problems is increasing every time I look at it. This is a blatant disregard of workmanship. I would like to get a full refund of money spent on this roof to move forward on contracting a company that can do the job like asked and promised by Andes. Nothing but broken promises by this company, step up and own your mistakes and poor workmanship.

  *** ****** It got to the point the owner upset me enough that I asked three times for him to remove himself from my property. The roof is not installed to the specifications of the manufacture nor the promise that I signed to receive a certain nail pattern, 6 nail per shingle sheet. which would make it 12 total. Did not replace nor install step flashings as signed for. Drip edges installed incorrectly. Nailed are shot too deep and significantly reducing lifespan of shingles. Damaged to shingles from installers shoes ripping gravel off many areas of roof. Life span also significantly reduced by this. Many shingles buckled up at bottom edge from improper installation. None of the valley cuts are correct most are cut far too high. One entire area installed incorrect, every other tab matched up and not even six inches to next tab. One good rain and will most definitely be leaking.
  What this company promises is "the best". Not yet have I felt this promise was met.

  The Andes Roofing team has tried to resolve the concerns expressed by the customer.  Our reputation speaks for itself. We are always disheartened when a customer feels they have had a bad experience. This is clearly a miscommunication issue. The customer is asking us to install something that would goes against manufacturer's specifications and void the warranty.  He will not allow us to access his property to fix the perceived issues. We've made multiple attempts to address these items, but to no avail.

  Andes Roofing has been contacted by *** ******** attorney, and all communication from this point forward will be directed from our attorneys to his attorney firm. We are excited to show our burden of proof that not only have we tried to fix any issues related to our workmanship, we have documented proof from phone calls, recordings, and text message threads where we tried to come out and fix the issues and the homeowner kicked us off the property multiple times. There have been exaggerated claims made against our company, and we will be pursuing this to the fullest extend of the law. We look forward to coming to a satisfactory resolution.

  Andes Roofing does not manipulate our reviews, and we do not understand or know why "someone's reviews would not show up". We do not have a record of any missing reviews. Also, the homeowner uploaded pictures to our online profiles that were misleading and not factually represented. We value transparency and integrity at the highest level, and look forward to the opportunity to tell our side of the story.
