      If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called trying to get info and have been so nice every time I called she’s had an attitude this time she answered she got loud with me so I returned it back telling her she didn’t have to be such a b word then she proceeded to tell me she will not release my vehicle with my attitude I told her she don’t get to make that decision last time I looked around I was in America & have freedom of speech. she proceeded to tell me that they are closed I said “well you shouldn’t have answered the call”

      Poor communication, took 7 hours for tow. I only called twice during those 7 hours with the same excuse of it will be another hour. Then after calling my insurance company, they tell them it’s been picked up hours ago. Didn’t ask where to leave key, left keys in unlocked car!! Terrible company, my insurance will NOT use them again!!
