Reliable replaced my air conditioning unit and my heat pump in June of this year. After we got a quote, the boys were here one entire day. They were professional and job oriented. They had another gentleman show up towards the end of the project who checked out the the work and performed all the final checks. They were well mannered gentleman. The entire replacement was finished that day. Ive had the new system 4 months now, used both heat and air conditioner and all seems to be working great.

I hired Reliable Comfort to replace my ductwork. When the guys that did the work left, I came to the home and noticed no air coming from one vent in my living room. So I crawled under my home and saw they totally missed this vent! As I was looking, I noticed a huge bubble on the insulation around the main trunk. So I squeezed it flat, and as soon as I released it, it reinflated.. the tape on the insulation popped loose, and I could feel air blowing out pretty well!!! So I went to their office and explained it was still leaking and a vent was missed. A manager came out and cut the insulation, and we found a pretty good size hole at a joint! None of the 10 joints in the main trunk had been sealed with either metal tape or mastic! ********************************************************************************** my living room and had to cut the insulation back to seal the 10 unsealed connections on the main trunk. I can't help but think how much money I would still be blowing under my home had they not missed one vent? The whole idea of spending 4,500$ was to not have leaks in my ductwork!! I wonder how many other job's people have had them do that's not sealed? They were nice and well mannered.. But that didn't excuse the bad job. They kept talking about having to be done by 4? I'm not sure what that meant. Will I use them again? No and at this point, I would never recommend them I took 2 Mondays off work to meet someone at my home! 2 days pay lost.
