      We bought an ** DUAL FUEL RANGE, on Feb. 12, 2024. I didnt do too much baking due to an illness, but I did notice things didnt quite get done when expected. A little later I began baking regularly and installed an oven thermometer. It seemed that the oven wasnt keeping the temp as it should. I went into the Bishopps store here in ******** and said I wasnt happy with my oven. They sent an ** service tech, **** **********, out to check out the oven. He adjusted the oven and though he was very nice the oven still didnt bake at a steady temp. When I set it to bake at 350 is would be as much as 50 degrees cool. If I tried to bake at 375 or higher the temp just kept climbing, once as high 50+ degrees high. When I went back to the store I found it has closed and we were directed to the ***********, In store. The first thing ****, the manager, said to us was that he didnt sell ** because it is a piece of c*** and no one buys a dual fuel (gas cook top electric oven) range. We did. The sales man from the Columbus store said this combination stove was what I needed because it would bake much more accurately and evenly than a gas oven. Weve dealt with the Shelbyville store for about two months and I am no closer to getting either a service call or a new unit. I want an oven that works. The past two times Ive called no one answered, before that ***** (phone answerer) said **** would call me but ***** called me back because **** was too busy. The warranty runs out in Feb. 2025. Unless I get a little help I dont expect to get help from them. I just baked a birthday cake, set oven to 350 and the digital thermometer that I have in it read 330 when one oven said it was up to temp. It went it to 355 and then down and up between 295 and 345. I would like to have what I paid for, a working range that I can trust to bake the way it says it does.

      We have communicated with *** and Mrs. ******* on several occasions regarding this matter.  We do not have a licensed service person on our staff for ** appliances at the *********** location. The Columbus store was closed on Oct. 11, 2024.  *** and Mrs. ******* have been advised several times to contact ** as the appliance is still under manufactures warranty.  We have done everything to the best of our ability to assist and the issue needs to be resolved through **.  Thank you for your understanding.

      My staff has tried on several occasions to help the ********* with this issue.  We understand their frustration; however, the repair falls on LG.  If they are not happy with the service provider by ** their complaint should be taken to them.

      Bishopps has not contacted us except to answer a call I made to ****, the man I have dealt with.  I want Bishopps to provide a service call by the ** tech to check my oven out.  He was there earlier and made an adjustment on the temp.  Later when I set the oven to 425 it climbed to 460 when we opened the door to cool the oven off so I could bake bread.  This must be addressed.  We bought the stove from Bishopps , it is still under warranty and I think it is up to them to see to it that it gets fixed.  This has not been offered.  
      For Ms. ******* to say her staff has done so much, then why havent they told me.  All Ive gotten from **** is that I have a phone and I should call the ** tech and contact ** myself.  Isnt there service anymore?  I expect Bishopps to resolve this problem.  If they cannot get anywhere with the manufacturer they bought the stove from it seems they could set up and provide service to correct this faulty oven.  If not, I want it replaced.  We paid $2400, I expect an oven that works.  All of our appliances in our home and in our rental home has come from Bishopps.  We have never had a complaint until this one.  We are getting no help or satisfaction from them.

      Multiple appliances purchased from ******* Appliance to include a promised ** rebate of 10% of total purchase ($4685.10)= $468.00. Rebate not received from ** and no assistance offered from ******* Appliance for assistance with the rebate, other than a constant run-around about ** being contacted and ultimately responsible. Appliances were purchased from ******* only because of the rebates offered and promisedbut never received.

      I purchased a ******* Washer and Dryer on 3/9/2022. I was told it would be under warranty for one year. I realize it is a ******* warranty but ******* has not paid the contracted service technicians so they have no one to service my broken washer. ( it will not spin). Bishops will not offer my money back or service my washer themselves. The poor salesman has been a go between and the owner will not return my calls. I want a refund so I will not have to deal with ******* products that are not able to be serviced. I feel Bishops should deal with the issue and let me buy another set.

      The business did not refund anything!  My last communication with them on Aug 4, 2022, I spoke to *****. He informed me that they would not be refunding me for the purchase.  He told me that they had contacted their ******* Representative and requested that my warranty be voided.  He said that I had mentioned in a conversation that I do childcare in my home (3 Children) and that I should have bought a commercial washer and dryer so that would void my warranty.  He said that ******* had 5 to 7 business days to decide. I requested to speak with the owner at that time.  He said he would forward her my number and ask her to call.  I never received a call from her. I have not had any contact with them since.  

       

      In regards to the washer.  On August 22, 2022 ******* did agree to REPLACE my washer.  I have not received any proof of a washer that will be delivered. I am still waiting.
