      I ordered 2 sets of a 3-in-1 butterfly **** which would have included 3 different colors in one pot. There were only 2 pitiful looking tiny little plants, not 3. I emailed their customer service twice and never heard from them. *************************** Designs has joined this company allowing their plants to be sent out in his name and I will never order any more of his *******'s plants.

      I ordered ***** ****'s and Double asters last year spending close to $300. He said that they are guaranteed perennials and would come back every year. Well, they didn't. Not 1 Aster but I did salvage 3 calla ****'s I grew inside. I want a full refund. Della ***** ********

      I have already contacted QVC and been refunded my money for the Desert Rose plant I purchased through them from *******'s Garden. The reason I'm writing this is for everyone who received this particular plant. I don't want anything in return, I just want *******'s to know that they have a lot of very unhappy QVC customers. The photographs of the plants people received are truly unbelievable. Most people received a dead plant that had come out of its pot and was being tossed around in a box that was way too big for it. I've seen some bad packaging, but this didn't even make sense. Why put a 3-inch plant in a 24-inch box? The plant was not contained. The plant was also not as described. It states in the description, "shipped as: one actively growing plant in a 3.5" container". The plants customers received were not "actively growing". They were bone dry. People spent $32 for a dead plant. Fortunately, QVC is issuing refunds because they ARE a reputable company. I will never order any plants from *******'s Garden after this. They are not a reputable company, and I'm very surprised that QVC does business with them. Perhaps they won't after this.

      I received a Tropical Bi-color Desert Rose live today. Upon opening the box the plant was laying in dry dirt, no plastic bag, no moisture packing around roots. The dry dirt went everywhere. There were only 2 living leaves at the top of the plant.

      I ordered a Gardinia tree for my husband whoen he passed in Dec. of 2021..believe I received it in April..And it's been having Spider Mites on and been fighting them and trying to save since I got it cause it is almost dead now also...very sad..*****************************..Lake Michigan Thanks.
