    Aesthetically all windows looked fine....good in fact. When weather cooled my hubby & I opened our windows for fresh air. All 6 smaller windows were NOT working properly. 5 of 6 were fixed but 6th window has/had a broken piece on the track. I contacted ***** ************************** basically gave me the run around....stating he stands behind "his" company etc etc & continued by saying "what do you want me to do....fix a $10 part?.....well YES bc all our windows worked prior to his window washing (inside & outside) but after his service ALL 6 werent working properly. I had a local ********* come & give me an Estimate. Since the day I contacted him/his company he hasn't responded other than stating " he has an Attny on deck" Huh????? ***** himself said $10 part & ***** himself said he stands behind his company sooooooo???

    I have read and received the complaint from *********************, and her contact has become harassing with intimidation.  We did not break her window track, and she waited 2+ months to notify us of an issue.  She went on to tell us that the seller of her home knew the six windows had damage and had been repaired prior to her buying the home.  It is important to note that this customer has a history of hiring contractors and suing for damages as she herself stated that she is currently in litigation with at least one other contractor.  We tried to work with her, but she is incredibly difficult and demanding.

    I also need to add that her version of what needs fixed has changed mutliple times.  Initially it was one window that needed repair, and then she said six needed repair.  Upon reading her complaint, she is back to asking to have one repaired.

    In response to the rejection from ***************, she is unable to repeat the same details from one phone call or message between herself and ***** from those between herself and the office.  She was asked multiple times to forward her complaint to *****, and yet she continued to call and text the office number after being asked to stop the harassment.  She has spoken to ****** and *****, and she has differing accounts of the window from the initial complaint to our office as now with the BBB.  She made threats of legal action if her window wasn't fixed to her satisfaction after admitting that the previous owner of the home knew those windows were broken. She has stated herself that she has a history of litigation with other companies, and we will not in good faith be fixing the window that was broken before we cleaned.

    The Seller of the home WAS in fact here addressing an issue with our slate roof at which time I asked hm to look at all 6 smaller winows bc they worked prior to ******* window washing. The Seller showed me 5 of the 6 windows just need taken out & replaced PROPERLY but the 6th window had a broken piece not allowing the window to work properly. I emailed & called 1x & only returned texts. I never brought up an attorney....***** did (I sent 3 images yesterday of ******* texts but ***** with BBB said she didn't have time to copy & paste & not going to ADD to MY rebuttal)??? The texts prove that ***** knew what was broken bc he himself said " a $10 part repair" plus texts prove I did NOT bring up anything about an Attny....HE DID. And if anyone has been "threatening or "intimidating" that's exactly what our initial & only phone conversation was. ***** was yelling at me saying something about "THE ***** WE'RE ON"???? And how he stands behind his "company" etc etc....to the point I hung up. Please note as well that the entire experience was SHADY from the get go. I provided my contact info to the company who were at my neighbors home, washing windows. At whatever point by info was given to ***** at Butler window wash co. I've since spoken with the owner of the company I "thought" I  was dealing with & the owner stating "she uses ***** for jobs to busy to schedule" well well well.....***** from the get go!!!!

    We stand behind our decision not to repair the window latch that *************** has submitted a complaint about.  I will repeat what I have said where the window is concerned.  The client admits that six of her windows were broken when she purchased the home, and the latch she is complaining about is part of that six.  We will not be willing to repair a latch that we did not break.
