    I bought a quilt off marketplace on July 10th 2024. I was told I could mail the store a check for purchase of quilt and shipping. I was told to make the check out to ***** Back. My check was cashed on July 17, 2024. I e-mailed the company on July 17th and was told they had received the check and would be mailing my quilt the next morning. I never received my quilt. I have sent text and called almost daily but they are no longer responding to any of my messages or text. My daughter has tried to help me and she did get a response from the company on Aug 8th. She was told that they had found the quilt at the store and was so sorry.Was told they would be mailing it out to me the next day. She ask that they send me a tracking number so I could keep track of when to expect it. I never heard anything from them. She can't get any response from them either. I've text to ask about it August 9, 13, 14, and again today. No response. If I call it goes straight to voice mail. At this point if they accidentally sold the quilt to someone else then I just want my money refunded and I did tell them that in a message. If you can help me I would sure appreciate it. Thank you.
