    He poured our footers *50 yards of concrete over $8,000 worth) in 11 hours of pouring rain. He knew it was expected as he posted rain was expected on his fb page. I wasn't home and he took full advantage. He never covered the concrete so footers were washed out and looked horrible. Inspector said some of the worse work he's seen. **** Richardson, owner said in front of inspector he'd rip out and repour. In private told me he had no money for anything, equipment to remove it or pay for new concrete. I gave him the money for materials he needed to fix them, trusting him as he'd shown up all the other times I'd paid him. He never came back to finish repairing them once he got money for materials. To boot he never paid the concrete company with my materials money. Because he stopped showing up to do the repair work, we are basically out of the footer money including money we paid for materials that he pocketed and stiffes the concrete company for. We thought we could fix them after building got install since **** ***** hadn't fixed them in a month but when installers arrived with my daughter's dream barn they said they were unlevel in several places and he poured to the outside of my measurements . Meaning he pulled tape then poured to the outside versus inside where the legs would be. 3 of the 4 wall footers were not in the right spot. So my building had to go back, including me having to pay fees. He took money for materials and never paid materials bill and stiffed our family out of our money and work to get our footers right. Despite being likable at first is proving to be dishonest, non performing, non bill paying business owner. Doesn't take accountability, isn't careful about his work and doesn't pay his bills. Even when a customer pays him for horrible work to give him an opportunity to fix it. Well over 15k and still have footers I can't use. It'll cost a fortune to fix them if we take them out. Didnt pass inspection he had well over a month and didn't fix.

    Yeah the customer did not give me a chance to complete it got super cold and then we got a bunch of snow she changes things on me every 15 minutes was in a rush for me to get this done and then doesn't want to pay for the concrete or the machine rental that I used to do the job with they now have a lien on her house over it because she will not pay her side of the story is not the legit side there's a lot more to it than just that I told her I would correct the issue that was wrong soon as weather got better
