    July 30, 2024, a deposit was made to Let's Roll Painting for $2632 for interior painting. On August 8, 2024,On July 30, 2024, a deposit of $2632 was made to Let's Roll Painting for interior painting. The remaining balance of $4,823 was paid on August 8, 2024. ******* ***** verbally agreed to return to the home on August 24, 2024, to finish repairing a bathroom before completing the work. However, on August 22, 2024, when I called him, he said he wouldn't meet the deadline but would schedule another appointment. Since August 24th, he has only worked for 4 hours and has not completed the work. Despite my numerous phone calls and text messages, he has continuously avoided addressing the issue. Additionally, he became verbally aggressive when I tried to discuss the matter, accusing me of harassing him.

    This complaint has not been settled. I am working to get this work completed. I should have it finished on 11/15. I have discussed settlement wit Lets Roll Paint but nothing has been agreed upon. I anticipate sending the invoice for completion of the work next week for payment.
